Glamour Stiletto Run
So, being the adrenalin seeking, danger loving daredevils that we are. We channelled Jennifer Garner in Elektra and took part in nothing short of an extreme sport. We took part in the Glamour Stiletto Run. So donned in our highest stilettos’ and movement friendly clothing, we braved the masses in Rosebank. 10 at a time we took to the bumpy and unstable 100 meter track, pushing and shoving determined to win that coveted prize. 10 thousand Spackaroo’s to spend on Shoes... Oh and a blackberry of some sort. But like every extreme sport there are dangers. And just as one of our dolls Phomolo Moatlhodi did us proud by winning her race, Tumi Diseko took a tumble ruining what I hope were Mr Price Tights. (After all they did sponsor us)
By the end of all the excitement we’d removed a stiletto or two and limped back to Liquid Chefs for some well deserved cocktails, wine and simply beautiful cakes and biscuits. High tea with no actual tea involved. That’s my kind a tea party.
